Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:

International Shipping
We ship to the following countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination:

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items have shipping restrictions:
- Large or heavy items may have additional shipping charges
- Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries due to customs regulations
- We do not ship to PO boxes for international orders

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at customersupportline@joydewey.com.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing for international orders
- Incorrect shipping address
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and work with the carrier to resolve issues.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you've entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at customersupportline@joydewey.com. We can usually update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your building manager
- Look around your property for possible hiding spots
- Contact your local post office
- Wait 48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered before actual delivery
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at customersupportline@joydewey.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us as undeliverable for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal by recipient
- Customs issues for international orders
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended due to high volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
