We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Learn about our return process and policies.

30-Day Return Policy

At Joydewey, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain personal care items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Opened personal care products

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:

Email us at customersupportline@joydewey.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Instructions

We'll email you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Package & Ship

Securely package the item with all original packaging and tags, and ship it to our return address.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs vary depending on the reason for return:

  • Changed your mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective or incorrect item: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Damaged during shipping: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and file a claim with the carrier

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Note: Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customersupportline@joydewey.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email to help us process your claim quickly.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information.

Refunds for international returns will be issued in the original currency of purchase, minus any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
